Lý do họ đưa ra là tôi chia sẻ tài khoản nhưng tôi chỉ dùng trên duy nhất PC này và thậm chí còn họ cho đổi 6 máy tính 1 quý 3 tháng tôi còn chưa hề sử dụng 5 lượt đổi máy tính vẫn còn nguyên ở thời điểm họ khoá nick của tôi.

Warning to All Users: Think Carefully Before Buying or Renewing ChimeraTool.
I was a long-term customer who renewed my license for the third time, only to have my account permanently banned less than one month later. Chimera accused me of account sharing, despite the fact that I was using only one PC and still had 5 of the 6 allowed computer changes unused.
I would like to share my experience with ChimeraTool so that other users can make informed decisions before spending their money.
I was not a new customer. I had been using Chimera for years and had already renewed my license twice before. This year was my third renewal.
Before renewing, I even received a promotional email from Chimera offering a 15% discount and encouraging me to renew my subscription. Because the software is expensive, I was considering not renewing, but the offer convinced me to continue.
I renewed my Professional license, paid the renewal fee, and continued using the same primary computer that I had been using for more than a year.
Then, less than one month later, my account was permanently banned.
When I contacted support, I was told that my account had violated their policies. Later I was informed that my account had allegedly been used on many computers and was considered shared.
What I find difficult to understand is:
* I never received any warning before the ban.
* I was never informed that my account was under investigation.
* My renewal payment was accepted without any notice of risk.
* I was encouraged to renew through a promotional offer.
* Less than one month after renewing, my account was permanently banned.
* Support refused to provide any detailed evidence and stated that the decision was final.
One of the most frustrating aspects of this situation is that I spent a significant amount of money renewing my license only to lose access shortly afterward.
I am sharing this experience so that other users can be aware of the potential risks and carefully consider them before renewing their subscriptions.
I will attach screenshots of my license renewal, support conversations, and related emails so that everyone can review the facts and form their own conclusions.
I am not asking anyone to take my side blindly. I simply believe the community deserves to see the evidence and decide for themselves whether this is a fair way to treat a long-term paying customer.
